The provider of “Infinity transcribe” (the “Provider”) handles information about users of the “Infinity transcribe” service (the “Service”) as set out below (this “Policy”).
The Provider may obtain and use the following information (“User Information”) in connection with the Service.
Device information (device identifiers, OS version, language/time-zone settings, IP address, etc.)
Log and usage information about actions taken within the Service
Payment information
Pseudonymous identifiers
Information obtained through integrations with external services (if you choose to link them)
Any other information you consent to share
The Provider obtains personal information appropriately and not by fraudulent or improper means. If the Provider obtains personal information by means other than your use of the Service, the Provider will notify or publish the purpose of use in advance.
The Provider uses personal information only within the scope below and will not use it beyond these purposes without your consent or in any way that promotes or induces unlawful or improper acts.
The Provider may change the purposes of use within a scope reasonably related to the purposes above.
The Provider does not use audio, transcripts, or other user-generated data (“User Data”) for training AI models (i.e., reuse as training data). If User Data is transmitted to external vendors (e.g., for speech-to-text or text processing), the Provider uses vendors whose published policies indicate that such data are not used for model training.
To achieve the purposes in Section 3, the Provider may transmit audio data and related information to the following vendors. By consenting to this Policy, you consent to such transmission.

The App may send device identifiers (including via cookies/SDKs) and usage data to the following partners for analytics and advertising.

Upon a request from you and after confirming your identity, the Provider will respond without undue delay to the following, in accordance with APPI and other applicable law, to the extent the Provider holds the requested data in a Provider-managed database: notification of purpose of use, disclosure of retained personal data and third-party provision records, correction/addition/deletion of retained personal data, and suspension/deletion/cessation of third-party provision (“Data Requests”). Please submit Data Requests via the contact form in Section 12. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, or a fee is otherwise permitted by applicable law. If a fee applies, we will tell you what it is before fulfilling your request.
The Provider implements organizational, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported by vendors, and monitoring for misuse.
Use of the Service by minors is not permitted under the Terms of Service. The Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
The Provider reviews handling of personal information on an ongoing basis and may amend this Policy from time to time. Where required by law (e.g., if a change requires consent), the Provider will obtain consent in a manner it deems appropriate. The amended Policy will be posted in the Service or on the Provider’s website and takes effect when posted.
